visa alla recensionerI think she was a calming instructor. Her flow was hard for sure but it at times was a little choppy or advanced for the students in class. Everyone looked pretty rough and confused for some of it. My body feels really good and refreshed after so I give it 5 stars. And I like her energy a lot. I just think the flow and cues could be more well thought out for the clientele. Spending 5 minutes at the beginning of class talking about your hands and feet and how they should feel during yoga just didn’t really land

I attended an evening class, darkened lighting gently lit with LED candles— so soothing. Kekoa’s cues were thoughtful and soothing, encouraging me to really drop in and focus deeply inward. An exceptional experience.

visa alla recensionerI think this was the best class I've ever taken! Jonathan was really good at verbalizing the poses and moves. They were very unique moves & stretches and my body felt amazing during and after. I'm new to yoga and not sure what muscles I'm supposed to be contracting to get the most benefit of Yoga but with Jonathan's class he told you what you should be doing and what muscles you're supposed to be contracting. I like that he would go around the room and help you get in the right pose. The music was amazing.too!!! Thank you for such an amazing class , I will definitely be taking more of your classes!!

visa alla recensionerKarissa is amazing! This was my first class with her and I can’t sing her praises enough. The class flowed so nicely. I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

She gives lots of modifiers so that it’s good for all levels. I also love that she gives useful hands on assist and keeps the poses and flows to good and traditional. Sometimes I feel like some yoga instructors get “too creative” where the flows are more about looking cool and less about connecting with your body. As such I super love this instructor and class! Highly recommend .

Both for her ability to teach this class completely on the fly, and her very welcoming and fun teaching style! I'm definitely a fan and looking forward to her classes now too. The only thing I would say is towards the end, the very last push, the music got really loud. I know spin classes usually have the volume up, but it was hard to hear the instructions at one point. But overall, AMAZING CLASS!

I have a short history of fainting from low blood pressure, and during a hot yoga class I stood up too quick and fainted. Although I scared the class, they all turned to help me immediately and were sure to get me what I needed to cool down and feel better. So much kindness from the staff and the other attendees. Thank you!!
