visa alla recensionerThe instructor is lovely and leads a very low impact yet challenging class that I enjoy every single time. My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. I struggle to tap into mindfulness in my yoga classes usually but the way she phrased things and organized the movements and class got me right to the peaceful place mentally I was looking to find through yoga :) Front desk was super accommodating as well, I live so far from the studio but this place makes it worth !!
