This was my first class and the instructor was very good about recommending modifications for certain things that were difficult for me. 10/10 would recommend!

There were others in the class who are repeat attendees and learned a sequence of moves but I didn’t feel neglected at all while Greta showed me and other beginners how to do a handful of moves ourselves. The warm up exercises at the beginning of class was great and fun! The class size was small, about 8-10, and it was easy to hear Greta speak within the intimate and clean studio.

visa alla recensionerI had THE BEST time with aerial yoga! I am a very beginner and my grip hands were definitely a bit sore since my grip strength is horrible but I was able to do everything. Sherry was great with individualized adjustments. I went with my bestie and we got to take a progress video at the end which made me feel very accomplished even though I’m still very new. I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get!

Idlesy Was extremely thorough in explaining her steps and anything I didn't understand she was happy to go over and make sure that I understood the step. She reminds me of the instructors I started with about 15 years ago, that first made me fall in love with spin. she makes class fun, her energy is through the roof. She's supportive in the way that she pushes every student, and she individually checks on every single student to make sure that they are doing the ride correctly, and giving it their best. You can tell that her heart is 100% invested as a spent teacher. Great class! Awesome workout!!!!

visa alla recensionerMari is an amazing beginner teacher! She is everything a beginner hip hop teacher should be - communicative, patient, well-paced, encouraging. She provided drills to help beginners get certain moves in their bodies. She repeated sequences often and made everyone feel good about themselves. Oftentimes, a class will be advertised as beginner, but they aren’t and the teachers are judgy and fast-paced, trying to teach you a complex 32-count with barely any repeats! This was such a refreshing experience. Highly recommend Mari if you’re a beginner! And I’d love to take an intermediate class with her because she’s just a good teacher, periodt!
