With a challenge in the beginning and ending with slow stretches and relaxation. I like how small the class was she was able to help guide when I needed adjustments. I will definitely be going back!

I felt super welcomed and the instructor had so many modifications and different ways to do the poses and moves. I haven’t taken a yoga class in a while, but this one made me want to go back again!
