visa alla recensionerI loved this class! Adam was very welcoming and friendly. The class had great energy and was challenging. The heat can seem overwhelming at times, but the more you sweat, the more you cool off…if that makes sense. Will be back again.

visa alla recensionerDillion is THE bad boy of hot yoga, but in all the good ways. Come prepared to sweat, challenge yourself, and laugh more than should legally be allowed in any yoga class. Dillion will push you to grow, leave the day, and all your worries behind. Truth be told, I don’t like hot yoga all that much, but Dillion’s classes are a can’t miss!
