visa alla recensionerI really liked CCY’s new hot yoga space. It has padded floors and high ceilings with a few windows for natural light. Hektor’s practice was just what I needed a day after doing weights - a hot room with intentional mediation and stretches in a heated room. He gave clear directions with modifications as we did a few repetitions of a few flows. He exuded a calm and peaceful vibe which I appreciated to start my day.

No mirrors and two walk of windows have made both sunset and sunrise classes blight the sweat on your arms. As you do warrior 2 pose in this studio your extending arm with glow like honey! I’m in love with this studio. I want everyone and no one to know about it. And they have the best showers!

visa alla recensionerPhenomenal class!! I wish Sima taught more classes!! It was fun to have a bit of a different routine. I've been coming to the Sculpt classes for a couple years now, and it continues to challenge me every single time. (Also very happy the sound system is fixed at Foothill haha.)

They even have water bottles for free if you forget one. they have two instructors in the room as well, One to instruct the class and One to do hands-on adjustments. I also always appreciate a cold eucalyptus towel at the end. :)
