The instructor, Nikki, was encouraging, directive, and remained steady and grounded throughout the class without going woo woo nor overly militaristic. Thank you so much for making a girl feel so welcome, and absolutely crushing this workout. Everything was super clear and the workout was tough as all get out. It’s a circuit type class with stations that you either do strength or a little bit of cardio. they changed up every type of dynamic and exercise you did which made it more interesting and I felt less intimidating . The class was small and you partner up with another person in the class. This was a high energy class and everybody builds you up and i felt so good after . I will be back . I would like to try a Pilates class here as they have a Pilates studio right next-door the same company.

Had a lot of fun working through the boxing combos, and got to learn some defensive maneuvers as well. Fun mix of speed and power punches plus I learned more ways to improve my technique.
