visa alla recensionerI’ve been going to the Sunday classes for 10 months and it’s a bit of a cult (in a good way!). I look forward to them every week and enjoy every minute. I don’t expect to get emotional exercising but I can honestly say I’ve been close to tears several times with the strength of emotion in the class.

visa alla recensionerClass and instructor was nice. The quality of the spin shoes needs to be addressed. I have mentioned it to instructors many times over the last 6 months. All of the size 10 shoes are deteriorating and do not lock into the bikes well. They are always loose and not secure. They did get some new size 11s which would be nice if they replaced the other shoes.
