visa alla recensionerMozhon had a very calm and soothing presence. The class was well guided and it was a full class. The room is set to a slightly warm temperature. They provide mats, blocks, blankets and straps. There’s also a water refilling station. You would need your own towel and water bottle. For this class we used blocks and a mat. Even though it was Hatha yoga there were some Vinyasa like flow elements to it.
