visa alla recensionerInstructor was great but there is this lady that breaths so loud and she’s in nearly every 9am class. It’s extremely distracting and puts a damper on the class. It comes across as borderline arrogant. If someone could please address this. I have limited my frequency of coming because of this. Again the instructors are amazing.

visa alla recensionerThe instructor and entire class were very welcoming .I was greeted by everyone in this establishment so genuinely and warmly . I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!
