She is so welcoming - she chatted with us before class, gave us the space to talk about any adjustments we want to make etc. Class was so fun and challenging. I was able to push my body a little extra this morning (esp. during the core section). Very thankful for BeFit and all the amazing instructors :)

visa alla recensionerI’ve been trying differently yoga classes around Austin and this has been my favorite! Beginner friendly, Abigail is super attentive to correcting postures and incorporating moves that address issues students are experiencing (ex. shoulder pain), and the class isn’t too spiritual (which is what I was looking for). I leave feeling refreshed!
