She always gives very specific instructions and tips about ways to move individual muscles and body parts to better support your body and express the pose, in a way that pushes me but never shames me about my own body’s limitations. It’s a difficult balance, but she somehow manages to make me feel calm, strong and capable, even when I struggle. I always feel 10 times better when I leave her class and eager to come back.

visa alla recensionerReally great class! I will definitely be back! Total body weight workout. There’s essentially no cardio and it’s strictly weights. I do wish the music was more current and that some of the songs were more upbeat because that would make the class go by faster.
