I don’t do Barry’s often and this was accessible, but I wouldn’t bring friends who don’t have a fitness routine. Not for beginners. visa alla recensionerI love Daniella and her energy is always amazing, but I wish there was more cardio in her class. There’s a lot of light movement in her classes and because of that I don’t feel like my body is actually burning calories like it should be during Zumba. My suggestion would be to keep the beginning of class more warm-ups and easier movement, have the middle of the class be a bunch of cardio (more jumping, arms, high knees, etc.) and then the end of class more cool-down and stretches (incorporate squats or low impact moves). The class gets boring after a while unfortunately! :(

It’s the most challenging class on the UES by far, but don’t let that intimidate you, every movement can be modified to your fitness level and everyone is incredibly friendly and motivating. There’s a sense of community here. Give them a try!

She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely patient with me while providing constructive feedback. She took time to work on little details that can help improve my practice in the future.
