visa alla recensionerWas introduced to the most shiok hamstring stretch using yoga strap and the best of all it that it is hands free!! I love the vibe of the studio and the really clean toilets. Got a pocky snack each at the end of class too! However I’m not too sure about this place being suitable for sound bath as the noise from the traffic is quite constant and loud. Some reflection bouncing off the white walls outside the studio which is a little glaring if you pick the wrong spot. Will look out for PH class in future as I enjoy a 90mins class which is quite rare on normal days.

Thought I’ve familiarised or gotten better with most poses but I’ve definitely been humbled in Keat’s class 😭 Keat makes sure you get into poses right, explains how, which angle or height and which muscles you should be feeling the stretch/tightening. Will definitely come back for more!!

visa alla recensionerAttended quite a number of studios for stretch classes just to keep active since my injury, and this is the only studio with instructors who actually asked, watched out and modified stretches for me. Studio is clean and spacious, and students are all really friendly. The room does get hot but not stuffy at all, and I actually prefer this over a cold room for stretching. Look forward for my next class here.

visa alla recensionerAnother great session although gym was busier than when I’ve been before, with 4 other users including a personal training session happening. Plenty of room and equipment for everyone though. Great to have water on tap - hot or cold. Facilities clean and well-maintained as usual. Pool was also busy but it’s so huge I was able to swim lengths uninterrupted and without disturbing anyone else’s pool time either. Friendly staff too. All-round, a fabulous couple of hours!

Best first class on ClassPass-this class is small & private. Do not underestimate the power of the few poses done during class as each of the poses would be held for some time.
