visa alla recensionerThe class was very fun, challenging, and high energy. The instructor, Chrissy, was very supportive and gave clear instruction throughout the class. She coached and corrected as needed to help ensure exercises were executed properly. Even with a larger class size, individualized attention was not lost when needed. She did challenge and push us, but in a motivating and encouraging way.
