I appreciated her no-nonsense calm and soothing voice - it made me feel like I could hold the pose.. clear cues.. definitely will take her class again!

visa alla recensionerThis is my favorite fitness studio so far! The workout is challenging enough without being discouraging. I feel less pressured to compete with the fast ones in the class. I feel encouraged to do what’s right for my body. Today the theme was boy bands and the music was fire. I love how supportive the instructor and front desk staff are. They act almost like friends - they’re so down to earth! I would like to support this studio more one day and either get a membership or buy a few classes!

visa alla recensionerEnjoyed this class very much. Perfect for winding down the evening. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

She moves around the room and models poses. Also, she pays attention to your body, gently instructing when to go deeper or how to adjust yourself to prevent injury. Big fan!

It also has strength poses like straight arm and forearm plank on the roller and a lot of core work. I really liked it. It's a great way to open up hips and shoulders as a complement to yoga /Pilates /barre. I'll definitely be going back.

The Harmony Flow class with Bee was the perfect start to my morning with just the right amount of energy and relaxation. Her vinyasa flowed together well and was paired with relaxing music which consisted of calming piano covers of popular songs which I enjoyed. The only thing missing was the guided meditation which is in the class description. I was curious to experience this, but no big deal as everything else was great. The studio room accommodates about 12 or so people comfortably. This is a fantastic studio if you live in the area. I signed up for an intro package and look forward to trying their other classes and instructors. I’ll be back soon!
