The poses initially looked easy, but Maniam emphasized on where to focus on and then, the pose just felt different (in a good way), you become aware of the “should-be” activated muscles instead of just doing.

Instructor gives clear instructions at every step of the way and gives options for students of different skill levels. She will also assist if you have difficulty getting into certain poses. visa alla recensionerA special experience. Slightly different from the usual I’ve been. We had the singing bowls on the belly, where I felt direct vibrations which was comforting. Energy waves as Jud moves the singing bowls around our body as we lay still and relaxed with eye closed. Definitely a total relax session for me at the end of a work day. The sharing experience amongst ourselves was also a nice one. And also essentials oils gave good sensations
