visa alla recensionerThis is a good beginner to intermediate level class. The instructor has a great voice and flows through manageable and semi-relaxing poses. I still got my sweat on but found ease in knowing the poses she was cueing. However, if I was brand new I’d probably be slightly lost in the lack of mind to body explanation. That being said, I will definitely be back!!

The event aesthetic and space was also incredibly beautiful - fake plants and candle light. Not to mention they also gave everyone in the class a Yerba mate. 10/10 recommend
