visa alla recensionerGreat class to be challenged. This was my first time class with kettlebells. Nathan insured that we all are engaged, he focused on posture, right technique vs speed. I really liked the high energy of the class, engagement, fun, and being constantly challenged. I would never anticipate there are so many exercises with kettlebells and it could be sooo challenging and fun. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to build lean muscles, develop body strength, and balance.
