    Lily was SO sweet, I barely got to class less than 5 minutes early and she walked me through the equipment before class started and gently corrected me if I didn’t understand the exercise she was very thorough and a great instructor and the workout was KILLER in the best way muscles I didn’t know I had were getting worked and I felt every movement it was hands down the best workout I’ve ever gotten and you feel the workout without just feeling tired.

    Loved it! I had been wanting to try Stride for a while. I’m not a runner; I’m a Power Walker. Loved that you can run and/or walk based on your personal level and preference. The instructions are simple to follow, great treadmill, and the heart rate monitor is fun to wear. Can’t wait to do it again.
