For my first class it was great as the instructor explained how it worked before we started and showed all the exercises. Matt was very helpful with technique, and checking in on everyone throughout the class!

visa alla recensionerI’m getting pretty hooked on this place. Third visit and leaving feeling a weird sense of feeling absolutely destroyed but…like…happy about it? Dale was lovely and friendly. My only suggestion is to lower the music when speaking on the mic, don’t get me wrong the louder the music the better but it just got a bit hard to hear dale’s instructions sometimes. Thanks team!
