This was such a fun class! The instructor was great- super high energy, obviously prepped the class, and kept the lights moving with the moves to keep it fun. I definitely left feeling better than i went in. The studio strikes a good balance of available if you need but not annoying/ you can check yourself in and set yourself up if you're not in the mood for chitchat

    Open Gym

The gym was awesome! So much to offer, so many different spaces to do different kinds of workouts. The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The only critique I have is that the woman’s locker room has some janky looking carpet, but that’s speaking more on the aesthetic/comfort factor which is NOT the reason I come to a gym! Overall, low key place that I would definitely come back to.

    SPENGA

Instructor was so friendly and helped me get the seat for the cycling portion set up. I loved how the most intense part of the workout is first and we finish with yoga to recenter and come back to ourselves. It’s a nice way to wrap up the workout so we aren’t leaving heavy breathing. I’m a yogi at heart but this is a nice switch up to get my heart rate up! Would take again!

    Classic (45 Mins)

This was such a wonderful class and Avery was so kind and patient as it was my first time at a CycleBar! I hadn’t been to a cycling class in SO long so I was a bit rusty, but I still felt comfortable making accommodations for myself and taking some time when I needed it. Super welcoming, encouraging, and energetic environment (:
