It carried the flow like a heartbeat, lifting the room and syncing perfectly with every transition. It honestly made the class feel like a moving meditation and a dance party for the soul. see all reviewsI’ve been going to brii’s class for a year now and they’re a staple in my yoga routine! definitely a more challenging class but it has helped me improve drastically as a yogi. She has a keen way of sensing when you are able to give a little more and pushes you to be your best. Always fun dance like sequences, and new variations/poses incorporated every week. I recommend this class to everyone who wants to grow in their practice!
