see all reviewsFirst time here and it was such a nice experience. The space is quaint, yet relaxing. Their waiting area had calming decor, a water filter and many teas to choose from. Angela, who performed my 60 min Swedish massage was great. There were a few tight spots in my neck and upper back (which is a constant area of discomfort for me) that she loosened up and I felt the difference immediately. The massage table was warmed and my neck and back were constantly kept warm by the towels and support pillows she used during the session. Cherry on top, I was provided with water, a hot towel, and a snack to conclude the session. The attention to the full experience start to finish there was thoughtful and I will absolutely be back. The massage was painful of course, but I noticed the benefits immediately after and felt significantly less sore, and even better the next day. Aly is a great communicator and checked in with my pain level throughout, but we agreed that I would tell her if it was too painful to tolerate.
