I do the Wrestling and Jitsu with the Igor’s, I have learnt so much! The warm-ups are amazing. I’ve had heaps of injuries at other places and none here! - The instructors are amazing at teaching, they don’t rush you from drill to drill, they create enough space and give you enough time to learn! The mix of intensity and space is very noticeable and creates a great environment to learn and develop your skills - thank you, Matt 🙏
