As soon as I arrived, she introduced herself and welcomed me in, showing me all of their amenities as a first-timer. Once the workout began, she guided me to the correct forms and made sure I knew what I was doing. Class was tough but enjoyable, Nicole is great at keeping the energy up. 10/10 will be returning for more!
