The class is advanced and genuinely challenging and the flow is well built. This is a class where you feel proper yoga. Highly recommended!!

There are a maximum of 5 students per class, so it feels very personalized. Everyone was really nice, even the receptionist (Ana). I felt very welcome. Highly recommend 🫶🏽
