visa alla recensionerI used to be a member at CP and this was the most challenging I have taken. I loved it! I am recovering from tendonitis on my feet so it was perfect for me because of the use of the TRX straps and the mat underneath. I am trying to stay in shape without aggravating my feet so it was low impact. There was jumping but I did an alternative. Peggy was very straight forward demonstrating and explaining each move. Love the fact we did some foot work before working out! Much needed!
