Cole is super kind and approachable and is more than happy to help you with your form. visa alla recensionerSo motivating. I loved how often she called out our names when we were doing the moves correctly. It reaffirmed I wasn't doing a move wrong and not being as effective as I could be. I had an issue with one of my grey cables and she noticed without me having to ask and offered to help get me moved over to another machine. All without missing a beat in the class. You can tell she really cares!! Thankyou again :)

The class was easy to follow along, instructions were clear, & I loved the encouragements the instructor provided throughout the class. She gave lots of alternatives, depending on your experience level throughout the class, and her playlist was on fire!

Secondly, I've been doing Pilates for over a year and Lagree for at least 8, the instructor in this class challenged me in a great way. She was so attentive to my form. I can't wait to go again.
