I have si joint pain and I’ve noticed sometimes I need internal rotation of the hip, not just a lot of hip opening. This class incorporated a little of both. The only thing was that I don’t think the AC works well because it turned into hot yoga really quickly, and I was slipping and sliding on my mat (good thing I love hot yoga haha). My only disappointment was that we ended the massage at 2:38p and started right at 2:/ I book massages biweekly so this just isn’t common in North Carolina where I’m from. I do think there should be a note on the website about needing the extra time between patients just so everyone is aware. I could’ve missed it, not sure .
