I wouldn’t go if you’re brand new to Pilates because there are small classes and the girls in my class had clearly been going for a while, but, if you have a few reformer or tower classes under your belt you’ll be ok. It’s a super small class and you’ll absolutely get 1:1 moments with the instructor. I’m excited to go again!

visa alla recensionerthe space was nice and clean. this flow 1 class is very beginner friendly but you can add more tension on the springs for more of a challenge. I found the instructors cues confusing and she had to correct her self several times.
