The room is very hot, comparatively with other studios that I’ve done hot yoga at, which were too cool. I’m really looking forward to going back for another one of Ashish’s classes. beyond 5 stars:)

visa alla recensionerInstructor was great at explaining all the moves, which made it easy to follow along. It was fun and definitely makes you sweat! Recommend to anyone who wants to have a good workout. However only downside is the studio overbooks the class and there’s too many people in one room.
