visa alla recensionerThis is a great class- fast pace, very solid trainers, but most importantly, I appreciate the music they play. It’s awesome and keeps me coming back. I go to allllll the hiit/bootcamp classes in the area and they typically play offensive, obnoxious rap music - it’s so distracting. Circuit works plays upbeat, house music that enhances the work out and doesn’t detract. Also, it’s an expansive and clean studio space with friendly staff. Definitely check them out

visa alla recensionerThis was a different type of class, using a roller to roll out legs, hips, shoulders. It also has strength poses like straight arm and forearm plank on the roller and a lot of core work. I really liked it. It's a great way to open up hips and shoulders as a complement to yoga /Pilates /barre. I'll definitely be going back.
