She was so welcoming and friendly, even when I arrived at the wrong time so I was 35 minutes early to class because classpass had said it started at 6:15 rather than 6:30! I use a different service that they are included in to pay for class, as winter rolls around, they have to limit the number of students that use this service, but to make sure I still could practice as often as I would like they made me aware of a deal they are running.
