Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form.
