visa alla recensionerThe ending of the class was fun, but the majority of the class is the instructor talking… they also overfill the classes, there was only three poles that were able to be used for the class and I think there was 12 people in the class I was in. If you’re looking for a work out, this is not it. My watch counted a total of 20 minutes of actual work out during the hour and a half class time. The teacher just kept trying to sell people on doing class packages.

visa alla recensionerThis was the coolest class I have ever taken. You could tell there is a deep understanding of the best most intuitive ways to teach martial arts and self defense. I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.
