I’m used to taking power vinyasa classes that feel more like an intense workout, but I really appreciated the pace and the intentionality behind the poses in this class. It still created a sense of “power” within me in a more grounding way. The teacher was very knowledgeable and incorporated yoga teachings throughout, which made the experience feel spiritually grounding and meaningful.

I have NEVER attended a class where everyone celebrated each other’s success! Definitely recommend! I will be going back!

It felt like a very safe place, & Amy was a great instructor and I loved the way she explained every step of the way. Didn't feel rushed at all, it was smooth and flowy. I was able to get out of my comfort zone and Amy helped me with some pretty cool poses.
