As a first-timer in a more complex class, I really appreciated how every movement was clearly demonstrated and corrected with intent. She prioritized proper form throughout the entire session to prevent both immediate and long-term injuries. Plus, the studio ambiance was wonderfully relaxing!

visa alla recensionerIt was an awesome experience with Coach Chris! The movements were thoughtfully delivered and well executed. It was easy for us to follow. It was full body workout. I felt more muscle groups on my lower body and arms were used. There were core exercises too. I hope the studio can install mirrors 😊

visa alla recensionerI enjoyed the class. It was my first time at Vida Yoga and my first time doing yoga in a heated room. There were only 3 of us in class (with 2 of us first timers) so Teacher Vermz was able to guide and keep an eye on everyone, and correct our poses if needed. Will probably come back if my schedule permits 💕

visa alla recensionerOpen Mat always gives a warm welcome. I love the top notch customer service from IG queries, the reception, up to the sanitation of the mats and locker room. Everything is clean, pleasant and so conducive to a stress-free practice. Enzo, the Yoga Instructor, takes the time to get to know the yoga journey of each student and adjusts the class accordingly. He provides options for the poses depending on what’s available to each student. This is my second class with him and I’m very satisfied again with what I achieved mentally, emotionally and physically afterwards. What a wonderful way to spend Saturday mornings!

Can I just say Coach Andy’s routine is vvv intentional 💘 also rly appreciate how she roams around to check on each student. Imagine we were 7 people in the class, but she still made sure to support each one of us!! Love that she combined classical + modern Pilates because I’m more used to classical. It was a v nice challenge that I needed, esp since I just got back on the mat TBL is also located in a very strategic location & their receptionist is super friendly! The studio has 1 toilet, 1 shower + blower, & a water refilling station, which are all very convenient. Would definitely be back again for Coach Andy’s class!! :))
