visa alla recensionerToday’s practice focused on shoulders and it went really well. My shoulders have always been stiff due to office desk job and I’ve been doing a lot of leg day workouts as well. This time, I was able to move my upper body and recover from having stiffed neck/shoulders. 🫰🏻

Vida yoga studio is cozy and clean and I just love the large windows. I wish there were more non-heated and Yin classes with Vince because I find hot yoga just ridiculous in our climate.
