visa alla recensionerI had a wonderful Pilates class with Nikki. She is incredibly friendly and approachable. Since I have scoliosis, proper posture and alignment are especially important for me. Nikki regularly checked on my form and came over to correct my posture throughout the class, ensuring that I was performing each movement safely and effectively. I highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable Pilates instructor!

visa alla recensionerHui Min is a great lovely and sweet coach who patiently looks at all of our posture, not missing out any of us. She emphasize a lot on correct posture which is so hard to find nowadays in pilates that are mushrooming. Im so glad i finally find my fav pilate place in Penang and i will definitely be back! And credit to the girl at the reception who also welcome my first visit warmly and introduce the studio to me. See u soon!

visa alla recensionerThis class is good if you wish to engage yourself with different Pilates equipment like chair and barrel. The instructor tone is very cheery and good at correcting any misalignment. However, It would be good to incorporate stretching in the beginning of the lesson as well.

Honestly super suitable for people who sit long hours at work 😭 It really trains the weak hamstrings and lower body muscles that we normally don’t use properly. First time seeing my legs shaking uncontrollably during some movements, but I guess that just proves those exercises were really activating the right muscles and helping with my weak lower body.
