visa alla recensionerDid the 26/2 hot yoga class with Sarah. She was very friendly and approachable. Never took this format of class before and this was only the second hot yoga class I’ve taken. I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend drinking electrolytes because you will sweat! Sarah will give you modifications if the moves are too hard or too easy for you. I would like to take more classes and see what powerhouse has to offer. Highly recommend Sarah as well.

visa alla recensionerThis studio really feels like a hidden gem — there’s more to it than it looks from the outside. Our class was held in a second-floor room, and I absolutely loved the vibe. It was calm, peaceful, and a great space to really focus and unwind. The instructor gave very clear directions, which made it easy to follow along even when the movements got challenging. I definitely felt fully worked out by the end of the class. They also sprinkled in a few jokes throughout the session — I didn’t catch all of them as a non-native speaker, but it still added to the overall positive and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. I’d definitely come back!

Appreciate the instructors patience and how welcoming the ambience felt. I couldn’t stop smiling during the class of how amazing it was. Thank you!
