I absolutely love how we get play time at the end with hand stands, forearm stands, headstands, and everything else in between. Arpineh is such a solid instructor who is sweet and encouraging, yet she pushes us so that we tone and strengthen our bodies and mind. Love love love!!!

visa alla recensionerCat provided a lot of detailed, vivid, helpful guidance verbally and also guidance visually, and the class felt both free and guided, as in the best mix of the two. It was a lovely class, and I gained new ideas for how to move. It was also very useful for letting go of stress. Thank you! On a separate note, studio’s AC is very strong, which was ok mostly because there was a good amount of movement in the beginning and because Cat thoughtfully turned it off as we got to the more still part of class. If there’s a way to turn the AC to blow upward instead of directly down onto the class, it would be better for me personally. Or maybe one side can be the less air side and one side can be the direct air side, if the two units are separate. If I hadn’t brought a sweater, I would’ve been quite uncomfortable.
