visa alla recensionerThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

I had not been to yoga class in years and this class was completely non intimidating and it stretched and elongated areas that don’t typically get addressed. It was easy to go from move to move because you hold stretches and positions. The instructor made corrections and walked around at various times even though it was live streamed, I did not feel that that took anything away from the in person experience. I walked straighter and taller after this class and felt amazing. The studio is beautiful and spacious and the staff is very nice. I am definitely coming back and adding yoga back in to my routine.

My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.
