visa alla recensionerAce is beautiful and her class was helpful, healing, challenging, peaceful~ visionary~ and just when it couldn’t get any better~she played Ram Dass at the end. Please try this class at least once to find out for yourself. Also…the girls that work at the desk…I don’t know how it’s possible but every single one of them are astounding…so incredibly thoughtful, helpful, beautiful in soul. This is a community that is very special and rare.

visa alla recensionerEnjoyed this class very much. Perfect for winding down the evening. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

visa alla recensionerFirst time ever trying a Mommy and Baby yoga class and I loved it. My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.
