The staff was wonderful and they did an excellent job! However, they have no idea what classpass is and I was not on their schedule. They just took a pic of my confirmation on my phone and proceeded with the procedure without knowing if they’ll get paid. After the facial they said no more booking from classspass and just pay and book through them.
