Very high intensity but also equally welcoming. My only ding would be how dusty/slippery the floor was and the lack of Latin hits given then Cinco De Mayo theme but, neither of those are enough to keep me from coming back!

visa alla recensionerGreat class. I had not worked out in a very long time, much less done yoga in some years and it was a good light to intermediate class with Ellie. Got my heart pumping and def felt the muscles activating. My only complaint or rather constructive feedback is the music was too loud and you could barely hear the instructions or was my first time and I had to keep looking around to catch up. I also wish there would be pointers to correct the form. Overall awesome class I would def be back again. Make sure you are hydrated. You will feel light headed if not and bring water!
