visa alla recensionerBonnie is wonderful. Class was the right pace for me -- not too fast or intense given the heated room. She provides hands on adjustments if you want (shown with a small card above your mat). I felt so good after class!

visa alla recensionerThis class is similar to a yin class where a variety of deep stretches were held for relatively long periods of time. I really like how the teacher makes sure everyone gets set up correctly and provides (optional) hands on assists.
