I love that the instructor gives room for rest. “Rally rally rally, and rest, then rally rally rally, and rest.” I also felt inspired to TRY the poses I always felt a little afraid to try (because a lot of yoga instructors don’t like to even bring them up - which is fair- every practice is different) but today when I tried a new thing i was SO surprised I was capable of it and I think it was simply because I’ve never been guided to try so before! Overall, loved the energy and the demonstrations of the instructor. Highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerThe class was a nice way to wind down the evening and the work week. I like how Robert walked the newcomers through expectations. The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

visa alla recensionerI love taking classes at Child’s Pose. Their schedule is wonderful and has something for everyone. The studio is spacious and has a wonderful vibe. They even have a space where they sell aromas and incense. The instructors are SO GOOD!! especially Meghan and Brunah! Don’t hesitate to take a class here, you won’t be disappointed .
