That level of consideration is really kind. She also offers modifications to make poses more challenging or easier which helps! I will definitely be back.

visa alla recensionerAmazing knowledgeable and helpful instructor, super nice receptionist. I’d never tried hot yoga before and I loved it. They had great amenities which helped with the overwhelming heat like ultra filtered water and cold towels with eucalyptus oil. They steam clean their mats which is great because usually shared mats give me athletes foot, didn’t happen here though. I’m definitely coming back!

It made me be more mindful about the movements I was doing, as well as my breathing, rather than just do and try to keep up like faster-paced Pilates. Karla was super helpful in making sure my form was correct throughout the class, which really helped me feel it in the right places. Definitely recommend!

visa alla recensionerI went to the 6 AM class and it was a great way to start my day. It felt more like having a personal trainer which I liked because it was more strength training. I went for the leg day and there were a few workouts that I wasn’t familiar with, but the instructor was very attentive and helpful. He also made adjustments along the way and if there is someone with an injury or pain, he will make adjustments for them

visa alla recensionerI. Love THIS PLACE. Their staff was so welcoming and informative, any questions i had were answered with no hesitation. Everything there was very clean. Ive never had a facial before this one but i will be comparing my next facials (if i get any) to this one i had here. They have machines here I didnt know existed and i loved learning about what each one did. The technology here is insane. The owner was in the reception area when i walked out and she was soooo sweet, she really knows how to run a clean and efficient place. Im excited to go back in a couple weeks for another facial. I also did the infrared bike and the infrared sauna. Amazing. They make sure that what you do that day is not too harsh on your body and i appreciate them for that!
