A great way to decompress after a long shift from the hospital. I’m glad I was able to keep up with other baddies in the class.

One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Don’t go expecting an intense workout. It was truly perfect for all levels. And Samantha’s teaching style was so easy to follow.
